Though, while keeping his attention might be considered a part of the challenge he presents, it's a smaller one than the poking and prodding he'll do for sheer purpose of amusement-- of gauging what sets another off. Whether he's teasing or telling a story, however, not a single moment with him is ever dull.

Hemomancy (Blood magic). Able to draw out blood from himself and others, make thorny vines of them. Small spikes even from the veins or from blood.
Dominante. Single word commands, making someone REALLY want to obey him. Staring at a target, he can make them do as he wishes for a while, as long as he keeps his eyes on them.
Lure of flames. Hands catch on fire. Able to throw balls of fire at things. Engulf his weapon in flames.
Oblivion. Engulf himself in a cloak of shadows. Stand still while letting his senses travel via shadows and see through them. Max range, not too far. Shadowstep. Travel by shadows, but not too long or too far or get lost. Shadow needs to be large enough for him, and he needs to see the one he wishes to reach.
Enshroud - Beast mode. Become one with his beast, shadows and flames. Let the void and beast take over while going into a controlled frenzied state. Use only claws, teeth and no weapons.

Scythe. Every time he's out hunting and using his weapon, it's a scythe. A long red bladed one with vines and deep red flowers decorating all over it.
Reaper. He's a reaper, very much to the core.. But before so, he knew how to use various weapons like a sword or daggers. He can easily still do so, but the scythe is his thing now.

I always love to have people find out things ICly, but here's a few pointers to his background.Born in the jungle, he was sticking to his tribe for a long while, till later in his life, he needed to see more, needed to be free from the grasp which his dad had on him and went out to venture. However he had to leave a special person behind. Someone close to him.. Which still haunts him today.He travelled around a lot, found to enjoy staying on ships and the seas which had him going through many different types of crews.One day ended up joining the Sanguine Sirens. Spending a fair share of time there, seeing.. Well, he wasn't gonna be a threat to them.After a while? Him and some of them decided to leave, got the permission to and formed their crew. Working on the ship Korrigan under the Maelstrom's words.

Being on the open seas for so long, he's got several stories to tell. Many fights, adventures and people he's met. Perhaps he's got a tale or two he can tell.With recent changes over the past few months, where he met his dad again, the one who told him he was no viera, no real proper person and just utter disgust. He's decided to prove him wrong. He's decided to embrace his roots and show he can be.Yet things took a darker turn for him.. In a fight against a voidsent, he got injured.
